Dad always uses this expression on how to deal with authority figures - such as Refs, or Police Officers - but these last few nights My boss has become my lovely daughter Sophie - she has decided that she should be awake all night or at least wake up every hour to make sure that her dutiful employees are on the job.
It's hard to be angry when your boss looks at you like this - 
The new expression might be - Yes Sophie, No Sophie, Three Diapers Full Sophie!
Although in the back of my mind I have always thought that the Bags that dad was talking about are filled with the same contents as the diapers...
